little 'Dudes' *dudes=doggies*
Saturday afternoon I waved off my parents at the airport as they headed to, Canada for the annual ''visiting family / holiday shindig'' meaning I have the upmost pleasure in looking after the three little 'dudes' *see pictures* for the next few weeks, which is all good I have done it many times before, but, and there is always a but with these little cheeky monkeys, I swear they are like children and whenever left alone with me they have a tendency to cause complete mischief.
So, 'little dudes' ... the lawn is not for making holes in. Beds, blankets are not for destroying / eating, along with any other object unless labeled / told otherwise. Also fighting please be kept to a minimum if any at all *cuts to Sunday morning, a little incident resulting in two dogs being pulled off small 'dude' over a biscuit treat~fun times!*
This mornings walk had us all returning home as three drowned rats. The heavens decided to open mid walk. It was quite funny really, we ran from one field to the next finally stopping on a bridge under some trees, with me secretly praying it would not decide to start thundering and for the rain to ease a little. I ended up picking blackberries *which un-knowing to me at the time would turn out to be my breakfast* and feeding them to, youngest 'dude', as she'll eat anything to stop anyone else having anything! And as time ticked by for me having to leave for work, I decided to run all the way home with the little 'dudes' jumping up at me all the way thinking it was a game, hence making me more wet, more dirty but ultimately still smiling.
So, hopefully when I return home tonight after work, we can venture out for another walk fingers crossed without any rain.

Sunday afternoon I decided to head back down to, Brighton went to alittle gay pub I've been in few times before, it recently changed hands, has a non-clicking atmosphere and rather cute barmen. Well I met a very nice / cute / sweet ok damn right gorgeous American lady. We got chatting, came to time I had to be leaving, so she walked me too my car, which was parked by the sea front, I ended up suggesting an ice cream, we ended up sitting in deckchairs looking out to sea eating ice creams for the next hour. Then I drove her home *was two mins in car and on my way* ... and I am back off to Brighton tomorrow night to meet up with her again, yay!

My birthday.
OK so it was my birthday last week. Me and my girlfriend took day off and spent it together. I woke up very early to balloons being piled on top of me and a bag full of wrapped gifts handed to me, *my girlfriend went completely over the top* So, I kind of joked to my girlfriend a couple of weeks before my birthday that she should make me a cake, ahhh it turned out to the sweetest thing ever. Firstly I was banished from the kitchen and threatened not to return until she told me I could. About an hour later she came bouncing up to me, alittle freaking out, as she couldnt make the icing go right, so I stepped in to help, but at this point my girlfriend was buzzing with excitment. well the cake turned out fantastic, was very special moment as I've never had a girlfiend go to the trouble of making me a cake before.
And in the evening we had a little party, champayne cocktails and gorgeous birthday cake, best thing about proper champayne one can drink away knowing you won't wake up with a hangover the next morning!! *I love champayne* was a lovely chilled out evening.
Now now aren't birthdays so much better when you have someone special to share them with?

Brighton Pride.
It has been a week since Brighton Pride, but at least I can say I am no longer a Pride Virgin! It was such a fantastic experience and a rather tiring but great day. Just to see every other gay couple holding hands, holding each other in public without a second thought, it was very inspiring. The diverseness of the ladies there was amazing to see. A day with many eye opening moments but I loved every minute. Wish I could go to Manchester Pride, but alas I can not so roll on next year!!!!!
To the girl who gave me direct eye contact for nearly an hour, waited for my girlfriend to get more drinks and then proceed to pounce on me ... geezz!!! and the flyer you gave me for your after pride party, and said come single ahh you made me so blush.
And to the girl who pulled me across the field to see the lions you was soooo cute but very drunk and I was just alittle taken back by your charms.
To the girl in the beige vest, short brown hair and sexy as hell tattoos ... you darling were the sexiest girl i've ever been that up close with and you can dance like a superstar.
And finally to the awesum performers of the day in the Womens Tent, everyone was unique and Nat Ripepi, as firstly so cute and secondly performed a fantastic set. And talking her afterwards was a joy, ohh and the love and kisses she put on the cd she gave me, my girlfriend still is like 'whatever'

I see you...
All the time I see you,
I don't recognise your face as you're disappearing from view,
But I keep seeing you.
I don't recognise your face as you're disappearing from view,
But I keep seeing you.
Without a word of a lie you tell me how much you 'need me' and I can't help but smile,
Then you turn around, walk away and leave me.
And still all your wonderful ways replay like movie scenes in my minds eye,
And I see you.
So, I close my eyes, disappear within you,
And as I open them, I find you standing infront of me, looking beautiful.
And I know that I will be the one to disappear and leave you.
